Mountaineer Dermot Somers has almost reached the end of his wilderness trek
along the west coast of Ireland and this programme finds him tackling two of
Ireland's highest mountains - Brandon and Carrauntoohil. In the final programme,
as he comes to the closing stages of his journey south, he heads down Sauce
Creek to the last field on the edge of the world.
Then on to Hungry Hill in Cork, before the final leg down to Mizen Head, and
the end of an absorbing 10 week journey
